Setting up Adside now ends in Slack. After you pick a plan, one click installs the Adside app and creates an #adside-ads channel with you and Adside already in it, and a welcome message is waiting when you get there. In your team's internal channels Adside answers new messages without needing an @mention, and it knows to stay quiet on a quick "thanks" or a conversation between teammates. You can switch this off in Settings.
The Slack agent also picked up a lot of new skills this week. You can create, pause or reschedule a routine right from the thread where its report lands, and close or reassign a to-do without opening the app. Share a Google Sheet of leads and ask for a Meta audience, and the agent reads the sheet and uploads it as a customer list. If a channel isn't linked to a client yet, Adside offers a button to link it on the spot.
When the agent wants to post in a channel your client can read, it now drafts the message in your thread first with Send and Cancel buttons. Nothing reaches the client until someone on your team presses Send.
