Important: Adside acts as a data processor on your behalf with respect to the advertising platform data you instruct us to access. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights and permissions to share that data with us.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

7.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this policy, including:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform) for hosting and data storage;
  • Analytics providers (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to help us understand how the Service is used and improve it;
  • AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to power AI-generated campaign strategies and creatives within the Service. Data sent to these providers is used solely to generate outputs for your account and is subject to their applicable API data usage policies;
  • Payment processors to handle billing and subscription management;
  • Customer support and communication tools to deliver transactional and marketing emails.

We may share data with third parties in other circumstances where you have given us explicit consent to do so.

8. AI & Machine Learning

Adside uses AI and machine learning to power features including campaign strategy generation, creative recommendations, performance predictions, audience suggestions, and automated optimization rules.

Your account data (campaign history, creative assets, performance metrics, and preferences) is used to personalize AI-generated outputs within your own account only. We do not use your data to train shared or generalized AI models that benefit other customers.

When we pass data to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate outputs, this is done on a per-request basis in accordance with those providers' API terms, which prohibit using API inputs to train their models.

AI-generated outputs (strategies, ad copy, creative concepts) are suggestions for your review. You are responsible for the final decisions on what campaigns to launch and what content to publish.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
