If your team records calls with a note taker, those calls can now end up in the client's Brain without anyone filing them by hand. A call becomes two pages. One is the summary, carrying the highlights, the decisions, what the client asked for and the action items. The other is the speaker-by-speaker transcript in full, kept separate so that reading one call's outcome doesn't mean reading the whole conversation. Action items come out as to-dos.
An agent decides which client each call belongs to. It reads who was on the invite, what the title says, where each guest's email address comes from, what that domain did on your other calls, and how many of those you corrected by hand. When the evidence doesn't add up, it says it isn't sure and leaves the call for a person rather than guessing. An unfiled call is a much cheaper mistake than a call filed with the wrong client.
You can also just state the rule instead of leaving it to be worked out. In Settings under Note takers you write things like "when a guest's email domain is acme.com, file it with Acme", or "when the title contains daily sync, set it aside as internal". Rules run before anything gets deduced, because somebody who was in the room knows better than anything we can infer. While you are still typing a rule we tell you how many of your existing calls it would match and show you which ones, so you can see what it does before it does it.
The call list is searchable by title and can be narrowed by client and by state. A call whose filing failed now wears a red badge, so the one row that needs you stops reading like the rows that don't.
