The new chat screen leads with the composer, so the first thing you meet is the thing you type into. Under it is a gallery of templates you can filter. Four of them walk you through creating an ad account on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn or Tag Manager, with the instructions in a modal and a copy button. The other three start a chat where the agent sets up your Meta pixel, Google tag or LinkedIn Insight Tag for you and stops at the draft, so publishing stays your call.
Home shows your cached budgets straight away, then reads the current budget from each connected Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Snapchat account and updates the numbers in place. Campaigns that are switched on but haven't spent yet now appear, and if a platform doesn't answer we keep the last good value instead of blanking the row.
The agent can do considerably more in Google Ads. It can pause a keyword rather than only delete it, which keeps the click history and Quality Score a pause exists to protect. It can research keywords with Keyword Planner, set language targeting, build a remarketing list and target it, change its window, remove it again, filter products in Performance Max, and add promotion and callout assets.
The LinkedIn agent can upload video. Pick a file up to 500MB and we transcode it to the MP4 spec LinkedIn actually accepts, then build the video creative. The tool waits for the upload to finish rather than handing the agent a job number to guess about.
A Meta campaign can hand its budget down to its ad sets. Switching a campaign off a shared campaign budget used to mean going into Ads Manager by hand.
You can filter Top Creatives by spend. The field sits in a new Performance group in the filter builder, works on every channel, and travels with saved reports, share links and the URL like the other filters.
If you connect a platform and it turns out you have no ad account there, we say so and link to our guide for creating one on that platform. A permissions problem no longer gets mistaken for a missing account.
The sidebar swaps the Adside wordmark for a compact client selector, so switching client is at the top of the sidebar rather than behind a logo. The chat conversation list is wider by default and you can drag it wider still, and the width sticks in that browser.
Importing from Google Drive goes through Google's own file picker now. You choose the files and we get access to those files only, rather than asking for your whole Drive up front.
