Tasks

Client work gets decided in Slack and then forgotten. Tasks gives that work somewhere to live. Every client now has a Tasks tab, and there's a My tasks view across all of them, with filters for status, owner and due date.

The point is that you never have to open Adside to file one. Mention the agent in a bound Slack channel, say what needs doing and who should do it, and the task shows up with the right owner and a real Slack mention so they get notified. If you name someone we can't match to a member, or you name two people, the task lands in Unassigned rather than guessing. Unassigned work is pinned to the top of the list, so nothing gets lost by being ownerless.

A client's agent can also listen in several Slack channels now instead of just one, so the creative channel and the reporting channel can both file work. When someone leaves your organization, their open tasks go back to Unassigned and their finished ones keep their name on them.
