Bulk Upload: Call Ads and Carousels

Bulk upload started as a way to push image variants. This week it became a real launch tool. It creates campaigns and ad sets from the picker, boosts existing posts, builds carousels and in-stream video, and supports call ads with phone-aware validation.

A live progress modal shows per-ad status while a batch launches, so you watch it happen instead of refreshing Ads Manager. Size variants also auto-group into multi-placement ads.
